Above Ground Pools

Opening & Closing Services

Pool Opening

  • Remove pool cover
  • Vacuum pool with our portable vac to remove heaviest debris
  • Assemble and connect filter to pool
  • Fold up pool cover
  • Install ladder and/or stair handrails or brackets
  • Add shock treatment to pool – cost of shock not included

Pool Closing

  • Drain pool to winter level
  • Apply chemicals
  • Cover the pool and secure with wire and winch
  • Drain the filter; remove the sand and prepare for winter storage
  • Drain the heater (if applicable)
  • Remove ladders

Opening & Closing Services

Pool Opening

  • Remove pool cover
  • Vacuum pool with our portable vac to remove heaviest debris
  • Drain & fold water tubes if applicable
  • Remove all skimmer & return plugs & Gizzmo
  • Replace eyeball fittings & skimmer baskets
  • Re-install all Pump & filter plugs and baskets
  • Remove & fold up pool cover for storage
  • Install ladder and/or stair handrails or brackets
  • Add shock treatment to pool – cost of shock not included

Pool Closing

  • Drain pool to winter level
  • Blow out the lines, plug the lines and the skimmer and add antifreeze to the lines
  • Apply necessary chemicals
  • Cover the pool and secure with waterbags. If using a safety cover, we will install it
  • Drain the filter and heater (if applicable)
  • Remove ladder
