Hunter's Terms and Conditions

  1. Weekly charges will be made to a valid credit card on file for both labor and chemicals applied.
  2. Customer must use the Sustain Once-a-Week Algae Free chlorinesystem.
  3. Customer must run their filter for a minimum of 12 hours per day during the day-time to reduce the chance of algae growth. Your service technician may recommend running the filter for longer time frames during periods of hot weather and/or heavy bather load.
  4. Hunter’s will service your pool once per week. Any maintenance needed between service appointments must be performed by the homeowner or an additional weekly service charge will be billed if the customer prefers Hunter’s to do it.
  5. A valid credit card number will be kept on file at Hunter’s Pool Center and additional chemicals and services will be billed to that credit card automatically. A statement will be sent weekly to the customer.
  6. The customer must authorize any additional vacuums once the contract has been exceeded. At that time, the customer will be charged their weekly rate on an as-needed basis. Please note that service WILL NOT continue without notification and authorization from the customer.
  7. If Hunter’s needs to make several visits before we are able to perform your weekly cleaning service, the customer will be billed for a service call at $195.00. Please make sure your pool area is accessible for your service technician to avoid any extra charges.
